Is there such a thing as drinking too much water?

YES, too much water can dilute your electrolytes and decrease your sodium levels causing confusion, headaches, muscle cramps, spasms and even seizures.  Staying hydrated at just the right level based upon your activities is the key to avoiding water intoxication or dehydration.  Remember to make your water intake adjustments accordingly.
